How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Contact us first before sending anything back.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible, you can return it and place a new order for the item or size you want.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us at support@nochillmerch.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll help make it right.
Are limited edition items restocked?
Usually not. Limited edition drops may only be available for a short time or in limited quantities.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order starts processing or ships, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

You can submit ideas through our Submit Ideas page. Send us slogans, meme concepts, parody ideas, or drop themes.
