Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your order from No Chill Merch. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@nochillmerch.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Certain personal-use items where applicable

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, contact us before submitting a request.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item or size, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order once your return is approved.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements listed above, including being unused and in original condition.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, contact us at support@nochillmerch.com.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Some No Chill Merch products may be released in limited quantities or produced in limited runs. Processing and fulfillment times may vary during high-demand drops or promotional periods.
