DELAYS
No Chill Merch is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- High-volume seasonal periods

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, No Chill Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
